Who am I and what am I doing here?

I am a Windows/Web developer with over 13 years of various development experience. I started in DOS/C development, moving to Windows MFC/C++ and eventually to .NET and ASP.NET development, primarily with C#. I also do work on the database side, mostly with SQL Server, and my MCP certification is in SQL Server 2000.

I noticed that many problems I come across in my daily development assignments have been faced and overcome by many other developers. In addition, I find the same problems recurring and wanted a place to jot down my thoughts and solutions so that I can reference them when the same beast emerges from its crypt.
